ALPW-LAP series lithium battery ceramic diaphragm special alumina powder is a ceramic diaphragm special alumina with high mechanical strength and puncture strength, good high temperature resistance, and can still maintain the complete shape of the diaphragm at a high temperature of 180°C, which can significantly improve the safety of lithium-ion batteries and enhance the performance of the diaphragm.
1. High temperature resistance
ALPW-LAP alumina has excellent thermal stability (melting point is about 2050°C). Coating it on the surface of the diaphragm can significantly improve heat resistance, reduce the risk of diaphragm shrinkage at high temperature, and prevent thermal runaway.
2. Electrolyte wettability
ALPW-LAP alumina has high surface affinity (especially nano-scale particles), which can enhance the adsorption of electrolyte by the diaphragm, improve ion transmission efficiency, and reduce battery internal resistance.
3. Mechanical strength
ALPW-LAP ceramic coating can improve the puncture strength and tensile resistance of the diaphragm, and reduce short circuits caused by dendrite penetration.
4. Chemical stability
Stable in electrolyte, ALPW-LAP alumina does not react with lithium salts (such as LiPF₆) or solvents, extending battery life.
