BR102A sulfur recovery catalyst is a white spherical particle, insoluble in water and organic solvents, soluble in strong acid and strong alkali solutions, hygroscopic in the air, no swelling or cracking after absorbing water, with high strength, strong resistance to sulfation poisoning and good thermal stability.
This product is used in petrochemical and other industrial treatments containing acidic gases that are converted into sulfur for recovery through liquefaction; it is used as a catalyst in Claus sulfur recovery units, with high conversion rate, long service life and good exhaust gas desulfurization effect. It is also suitable for refineries containing H2S acidic gas, natural gas purification and desulfurization plants, city gas plants, and Claus sulfur recovery processes in petrochemical plants and chemical plants.
