BR-102B sulfur recovery catalyst is white spherical particles, insoluble in water and organic solvents, soluble in strong acid and strong alkali solutions, hygroscopic in the air, and does not swell or crack after absorbing water. It is an improved sulfur recovery catalyst.
BR-102B sulfur recovery catalyst AL2O3-based catalyst has better Claus reaction activity and resistance to sulfation poisoning, as well as activity and stability after "mild aging" treatment and "harsh aging" treatment than the ordinary AL2O3 catalyst currently used in industry.
BR-102B sulfur recovery catalyst is suitable for Claus sulfur recovery process in refineries containing H2S acid gas, natural gas purification and desulfurization plants, city gas plants, petrochemical plants, and chemical plants.
